Save Men!!
Maybe instead of tearing each other down, we should focus on building each other up. Listening more.

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about the way men are talked about in today’s world. Sometimes it feels like men are only seen for their mistakes, their failures, or the harm some have caused, instead of also being seen as human beings who struggle, feel pain, and need support too.
This is not about blaming women or denying the real challenges women face. Those issues matter and deserve attention. But caring about women should not mean ignoring men. Many men grow up being told to hide their emotions, to “man up,” to stay silent about pain, loneliness, and pressure. Over time, that silence becomes heavy.
Some men feel like they are constantly portrayed as the problem never the ones who need help, understanding, or compassion. When boys grow up without spaces to talk about mental health, purpose, or identity, they can feel lost. And when society only criticizes without guiding, some begin to believe they don’t matter.
Saving men does not mean putting women down. It means recognizing that men also need emotional support, positive role models, and room to be vulnerable without shame. Strong societies support everyone women, men, and future generations.
Maybe instead of tearing each other down, we should focus on building each other up. Listening more.
Understanding more. Helping both boys and girls grow into healthy, respectful, and balanced adults.
Because when men are mentally strong, emotionally aware, and guided everyone benefits.
